1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Hastings District Council;
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 327415 subject to Mortgage 8227595.1;
3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 61749 subject to Mortgage 11166978.2;
4. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBM3/808 subject to Mortgage 7340294.2;
5. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 327416 subject to Mortgage 7382258.10; and
6. Pursuant to section 119, declares the land in the Sixth Schedule to be taken as severance and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 61749 subject to Mortgage 11166978.2

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
