Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby included in the existing Māori Reservation known as Ngatimanuhiakai Part 17A (Rangiamaia Urupa) Reservation, constituted by a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 1950, No. 13, page 221, for the common use and benefit of the Ngātimanuhiakai Hapū of the Ngāruahine Tribe as an urupā.
