Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tauranga City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 21 November 2017 and 20 February 2018:

1. Pursuant to section 14, hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule to be recreation reserve;
2. Pursuant to section 14, hereby declares the land described in the Second Schedule to be local purpose (accessway) reserve;
3. Pursuant to section 14, hereby declares the land described in the Third Schedule to be local purpose (community use) reserve;
4. Pursuant to section 16(2A), hereby classifies the reserve described in the Fourth Schedule as recreation reserve;
5. Pursuant to section 16(2A), hereby classifies the reserve described in the Fifth Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserve;
6. Pursuant to section 24, hereby changes the classification of the local purpose (recreation) reserve described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be recreation reserve; and
7. Pursuant to section 24, hereby changes the classification of the recreation reserve described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be local purpose (community buildings) reserve;

subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
