Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 21 March 2018, gives notice that:

1. the reserve described in the Schedule is classified as recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
