Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 21 March 2018, gives notice that:

1. The reserve described in the First Schedule is classified as recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act;
2. The reserves described in the Second Schedule are classified as local purpose (community amenity) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act; and
3. The reserves described in the Third Schedule is classified as local purpose (accessway) reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
