Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Porirua City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 18 October 2017, hereby classifies:

  1. the reserves described in the First Schedule as recreation reserve;
  2. the reserve described in the Second Schedule as local purpose (community/amenity) reserve

subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
