Classification of Reserve and Appointing Control and Management in the Timaru District Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Permissions/Statutory Land Management Manager, Christchurch Office, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) and appoints control and management of the reserve in the Timaru District Council for that purpose.
