Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to section 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a bus interchange and shall vest in the Auckland Council, excepting such mines of coal and other minerals not taken by Proclamations 2609 and 4845 pursuant section 16 of the Public Works Act 1908, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to section 129 of the Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, which provides for the Auckland Council to become the RFR landowner of the land subject to the obligations of an RFR landowner under Part 4 of the Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
