Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, Michael Renier Antonius Theelen, Chief Executive Officer, Queenstown Lakes District Council, hereby authorises the exchange of part of the local purpose reserve (beautification) described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
