Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped road and to remain vested in the Crown as severance on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
