Under the Reserves Act 1977, the undersigned, hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the recreation reserve described in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by the Hutt City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into the reserves trust account of the Council.
