Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Acting Director of Operations, Auckland, Department of Conservation, revokes the notice headed Reservation of Land dated 25 June 2018 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 June 2018, Notice No. 2018-ln3048, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Reservation of Land

Under the Land Act 1948, the Acting Director of Operations for the Auckland district of the Department of Conservation sets apart the land described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
