Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 22 May 2018 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 May 2018, Notice No. 2018-ln2494, by deleting the word “road” (in the first paragraph) and replacing it with “for the functioning indirectly of a road (Wetland Area)”.
