Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the adjoining land held in Computer Freehold Register CB36D/796 subject to all existing encumbrances.
