- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council,
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3):
- the area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA45B/148;
- the area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1028/209; and
- the area described in the Fourth Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA33B/93; and
- Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and, pursuant to sections 117 and 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA45B/148, subject to section 315 of the Land Act 1924 as it affects part formerly in certificate of title SA23A/525
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
