I, Rob Giller, Deputy Head – Infrastructure Advisory Services, Ministry of Education, Wellington, on behalf of the Minister of Education, as landowner, hereby consent to the land in the Schedule hereto, being land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant to section 143(2) of the Education Act 1989, being set apart for education purposes, pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981.
