Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the purposes of a library and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council subject to fencing agreement in transfer 5779181.13 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
