- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown;
- Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to the notice to be stopped;
- Pursuant to section 117(7), declares the land in the Second Schedule to be amalgamated with the adjoining land in Part Proclamation 54 Marlborough Registry (New Zealand Gazette, 11 December 1902, No. 101, page 2646) to be held for railway purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
