Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for use in connection with a road, subject to an unregistered Agreement to Lease (which commenced 14 December 2012) to the Northern Petrochem Partnership and an unregistered Deed of Lease dated 12 December 2012 to Chevron New Zealand (now Z Energy 2015 Limited by way of a change of corporate name) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
