Pursuant to section 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Christine Anderson, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the adjoining land held in Computer Freehold Registers CB45C/974 and CB21F/1089, subject to all existing encumbrances.
