Cancelling a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(5)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori Reservation described in the Schedule hereto and as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 March 1971, No. 22, page 540, is hereby cancelled.
All that piece of land situated in Block IV, Moutere Survey District, and described as follows:
