3. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 612097 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Fencing Covenant in Transfer 9777767.1, Encumbrance 9777767.2, Mortgage 9777767.3 and Land Covenant in Easement Instrument 10383131.2; and
4. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 569829 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Encumbrance 10676199.3 and Mortgage 10676199.5
