Under the Reserves Act 1977, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting General Manager, Community Facilities, Auckland Council, classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule to be a recreation reserve and changes the classification of the reserve described in the Second Schedule from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (site for a playcentre) reserve.
