Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the first Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Ruapehu District Council;
2. Pursuant to sections 116, and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Part Computer Freehold Register WN21B/684, subject to Mortgage 7560038.2;
3. Pursuant to sections 116, and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Part Computer Freehold Register WN21D/169, subject to Caveat 8186199.1; and
4. Declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and amalgamated with the land in Part Computer Freehold Register WN21D/169, subject to Caveat 8186199.1

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
