Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

1. pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped;
2. pursuant to sections 20 and 50, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the purposes of a local purpose reserve, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and shall vest in the Waipa District Council; and
3. pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
