Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Geraldine District, Department of Conservation, Geraldine, classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act and vests the reserve in the Waitaki District Council.
