Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Geraldine District, Department of Conservation, Dunedin, classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions subject to the provisions of the Act and vests the reserves in the Waitaki District Council.
