Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Christine Anderson, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to sections 20 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared road and shall vest in the Auckland Council, excepting as to the land firstly described in the First Schedule hereto as to non-statute minerals remaining in certificate of title NA24C/919 which are excluded from sale, and as to the land secondly described in the First Schedule hereto as to non-statute minerals remaining in certificates of title NA9D/285 and NA21D/445 which are excluded from sale, and subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 as to the firstly and secondly described land in the First Schedule hereto; and
2. Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for stormwater purposes and shall vest in the Auckland Council, excepting as to the land firstly described in the Second Schedule hereto as to non-statute minerals remaining in certificate of title NA24C/919 which are excluded from sale, and as to the land secondly described in the Second Schedule hereto as to non-statute minerals remaining in certificates of title NA9D/285 and NA21D/445 which are excluded from sale, and subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 as to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
