Pursuant to sections 20, 50 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Christine Anderson, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared road and shall vest in the Auckland Council, excepting such mines of coal and other minerals not taken by Gazette Notice 192331.1 pursuant section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and section 129 of the Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, which provides for Auckland Council to become the RFR landowner of the land subject to the obligations of an RFR landowner under Part 4 of the Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
