Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to section 52(4) of the Act, be set apart as segregation strip and shall remain vested in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
