Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Coastal Otago District, Department of Conservation, Dunedin, hereby appoints Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu to control and manage the Katiki Point Government Purpose (Wildlife Management) Reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
