- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for local purpose (public utility) reserve and shall vest in the Tasman District Council, subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and to certain water rights by Deed of Easement 35685 and Deed of Easement 35686 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
