- Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to sections 20 and 50 is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown; and
- Pursuant to section 116, the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped, and pursuant to section 52(1) shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
