Under the Reserves Act 1977 the Director Operations, Central North Island Region, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserves described in the Schedule as recreation reserves and vests the reserves in Ngati Tahu–Ngati Whaoa Runanga Trust subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
