Reservation of Land
Under the Land Act 1948, the Director Operations, Central North Island Region, Department of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister for Land Information, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule as recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
