Under section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hutt City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 15 December 2017, hereby changes the classification of the scenic reserve described in the Schedule to this notice to local purpose (community buildings) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
