Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager of the Kapiti Wellington Office of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation over the local purpose off street parking reserve described in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of by the Hutt City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine.
