Notice of Direction for the Disposition of the Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Pursuant to Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution on 2 March 2017, of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being:

approximately $8850.00 held in a Westpac bank account, all the books and records including directory, DNA and studbook records (including Mare, New Zealand Holsteiner, New Zealand Stallion and Purebred Holsteiner studbooks), archived files and records, and general and registry financial records (including bank statements, cash and cheque books), meeting minutes, registry correspondence and software, and stationery

be vested in NEW ZEALAND WARMBLOOD ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED –224613.

This direction shall become final on 29 August 2018. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
