Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies

Pursuant to Section 27(1) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on 4 September 2003 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being an estate in fee simple in all the land containing 221 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1 Deposited Plan 21295 described in Computer Freehold Register WN858/42 (Wellington Land Registration District), be vested in ROYAL NEW ZEALAND PLUNKET SOCIETY INCORPORATED (Incorporated Society No.: 227003) at Wellington.

Note: The above-named incorporated society changed its name on 3 December 1991 to ROYAL NEW ZEALAND PLUNKET SOCIETY CARLYLE BRANCH INCORPORATED. This was recorded by the Registrar, but the name was not changed on the Register of Incorporated Societies.

This direction shall become final on 9 April 2018. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
