Pursuant to section 12(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

This notice should be read in conjunction with the previous Pharmacy Council Scopes of Practice and Prescribed Qualifications Amendments Notice 2014 (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 2014, No. 127, page 3568).

This notice revokes a prescribed qualification, “Written Examination”, published in the Pharmacy Council Scopes of Practice and Prescribed Qualifications Amendment Notice 2014 (New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 2014, No. 127, page 3568) by removing entries 2(e) and (iv)(f) and inserting the following entries in their place:

“2(e) a pass in the Pharmacy Council Assessment Centre.”

“(iv)(f) a pass in the Pharmacy Council Assessment Centre.”
