1. Pursuant to section 24 of the Veterans’ Support Act 2014, the Minister for Veterans gives notice of the amendment of five Statements of Principles under the Veterans’ Support Regulations 2014.
2. The amendments take effect on the date of the publication of this notice.
3. The amendments are:
• malignant neoplasm of the pancreas (51/2018 to be read as compiled with 73/2013);
• lumbar spondylosis (67/2018 to be read as compiled with 62/2014, and 68/2018 to be read as compiled with 63/2014); and
• thoracic spondylosis (69/2018 to be read as compiled with 64/2014, and 70/2018 to be read as compiled with 65/2014).
4. These amended Statements of Principles are available on the website of the Australian Government Repatriation Medical Authority: www.rma.gov.au.
