Pursuant to sections 130 to 133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.

This notice is effective from 13 June 2018 and should be read in conjunction with the previous Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 January 2018, Notice No. 2018-go194.

This notice replaces the initial Written Exam fee of $520.00 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 2013, No. 167, page 4577.

Notice

1. Title and commencement —This notice may be cited as the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand (Fees) Notice 2018 and shall come into force on 13 June 2018.
2. Fees—The Pharmacy Council of New Zealand sets the following fees, payable to the Council, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
