Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that:

1. The above-named amalgamating companies propose to amalgamate on 14 May 2018. The amalgamated company will be ROCKET ESPRESSO LIMITED (CRN. 1968765).
2. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of FELIX NOMINEES LIMITED and/or ROCKET ESPRESSO LIMITED or any person to whom either such company is under an obligation at the registered office of the amalgamating companies at:
   Moore Stephens Markhams Wellington Limited, Level 11, Sovereign House, 34–42 Manners Street, Wellington;
   and at the following place:
   The Offices of Gault Mitchell Law, Level 4, 22 The Terrace, Wellington.
3. A shareholder or creditor of either of the above-named amalgamating companies or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
