Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 March 2017, which was granted under those regulations to Michel Marchand, in respect of Kingsview Early Learning Centre (45927), situated at 14 Yewlett Cresent, Frankton, Queenstown.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
