I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice under section 324(3) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) that:

1. EdPAC VicCentral Limited was removed from the Register of Companies on 19 March 2012;
2. Lease 6193310.4, granted to EdPAC VicCentral Limited, as lessee, registered against Certificate of Title 158843, Wellington Land Registry, has vested in the Crown under section 324(1) of the Act; and
3. Lease 6193137.4, granted to EdPAC VicCentral Limited, as lessee, registered against Certificate of Title 158771, Wellington Land Registry, has vested in the Crown under section 324(1) of the Act.
