In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 9 December 2014, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Act, that the name of Christopher Knute Skagen be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.

On 1 August 2016 the High Court formally issued a judgment which recorded the appeal against this order had been dismissed. Accordingly, the name of Christopher Knute Skagen is struck off the roll.
