In the matter of the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:

Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 18 September 2014, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(c) of the Act, that the name of Gerald George McKay be struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.

On 10 March 2016 the High Court formally recorded the appeal withdrawn. Accordingly, the name of Gerald George McKay is struck off the roll of barristers and solicitors.
