Pursuant to sections 11 and 14 of the District Court Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Noel Joseph Sainsbury, acting District Court Judge,

to be a District Court Judge and to conduct jury trials pursuant to section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, commencing on 8 January 2019.
