Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Yi Nicholl, Senior Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 7 October 2018, The Honourable Grant Murray Robertson, Minister of Finance, and The Honourable Dr David Scott Clark, Minister of Health, gave approvals, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 163(1) of that Act, for Canterbury District Health Board (DHB) to give to the Crown the indemnities required by section 6(2)(d) of the Health Sector (Transfers) Act 1993 (“Act”) and by the Health Sector Transfer (Christchurch Hospital Outpatients Facility) Order 2018 made under section 5 of the Act to transfer ownership to the DHB of the Christchurch Hospital Outpatients Facility.
