Pursuant to section 101D of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare valid the 18 September 2018 election for a student representative for Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Puau Te Moananui-a-Kiwa Board of Trustees.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
